Meet Susan
Susan Osborn, a Life and Career Transition Expert, founded Empowered for Life, Inc. in 2002, to help people recognize and embrace the opportunities that come with change. Author, speaker, innovator and Professional Certified Coach, Susan knows how important it is to not give up, to protect what you have created and to have the courage to believe in yourself. Learning new skills, delving into all there is to know on a topic, kept Susan moving in challenging times. Now she offers her wisdom to others.

Who She Is

Susan is an explorer. Her initial career as a geologist was inspired by her love of the natural outer world. With over twenty years in management and operations in the business world, she recognized the most important assets were the people she worked with. Her career as a coach was inspired by the inner journey. She is skilled at creating peace and harmony, knows how to take calculated risks, listens to her “inner teacher,” and is both practical and intuitive. She believes every situation holds potential and possibilities, that we play an active role in how we experience our world, and that we are meant to enjoy work and to enjoy life.

Her Story
|
The abrupt changes Susan experienced in the second half of her life led her on a new journey filled with obstacles and challenges. Yet, from the loss of a job, she found the work she loves. The end of a 23-year relationship led to the love of her life. The unexpected death of her second husband led her to a deep connection with her self and a repurposing of her work. Each challenge led to new discoveries, choices, actions and gifts.
Today, she collaborates with clients to help them move forward, teaching them tools to aid in their own discovery process and to find their unique answers to today's challenges. |
